Return & Refund Policy — Elite Harvest
At Elite Harvest, we take utmost care in maintaining the highest quality standards for our food products including A2 Desi Cow Ghee and other grocery essentials. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.
1. No Return Policy
All products once sold and delivered are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

Payment has been successfully debited from the customer’s account but the order was not confirmed or processed by Elite Harvest.

Duplicate payment made for the same order.

Order cancelled by Elite Harvest due to product unavailability.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If a customer receives a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, they must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
After verification, Elite Harvest may offer:

Replacement of the product, or
-
Refund to original payment method.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business working days to the original payment method.
The replacement product will be delivered within 7- 10 days.
